Procedures:
1. Buyer issues letter of intent dated not older than 5
2. F. C. P. O is issued to the buyer
3. Buyer accepts f. C. P. O
4. Bank comfort letter / capability letter is sent from buyer's
Bank to seller's bank (only bank to bank basis)
5. Seller issues contract for buyer review
6. Upon agreement on contract elements, seller issues formal contract
7. Proof of product / capability bank to bank within 48 hours
After contract agreement (only bank to bank basis)
8. Within 5 international banking days after executed
Contract, buyer opens pre-advise l / c in compliance with sellers letter of credit instructions
9. Seller forwards pre-advise performance bond to buyer's
Bank.
10. Buyer makes l / c operative which activates the performance bond.
11. Shipments commences
