Contract shall be effective for 12 month. Delivery FOB conditions only, at the port of libya, . The price of Crude Oil sold shall be established in U.S. dollars for NET barrels. The calculation as an average quotation around the Bill of Lading date, published by "PLATT'S Crude Oil Market Wire", line "URALS", less a discount NET per barrel to the Buyer. In case the date of the Bill of Lading falls on public holiday, nearest publications "PLATT'S Crude Oil Market Wire" shall be utilized. Certificate of the Quality and Quantity of the Crude Oil issued by the company "SGS" at the port of loading by the mutually agreed upon Independent Inspector.
